There are two ways to look at this....This is quite unfair. I hope he doesn't find this post. If he and the customer was happy then what's the problem.
Yes it could have done with levelling first but you get what you pay for when it comes to tiling. If the guys not a tiler then they got what they paid for :/
There are two ways to look at this....
1. This bloke prevented a reputable tiler from earning a honest crust, OR
2. This bloke ripped off the paying customer(customer just doesn't know it yet,)
