Welll Buybrands doesnt have "all" your tiling needs but they do have decent range, good prices, good delivery and you can buy online.
As a newbie i doubt you would be buying a Rubi wet cutter at about 5 times the price of a Plasplugs cutter which is available elsewhere.
You will be requiring spacers and Buybrand only have 1.5mm ....? Odd size really. Where are the 2, 3 and 4mm?
You can buy a Fein Multimaster but what about the spares?
For a one stop shop for a tiler it is sadly lacking.
Recently i have made several purchases from them but really i could have used another online dealer (tradetiler) and got the same service and a larger range of tools etc. I bought from Buybrand because i wanted to support a sponsor of this forum.
Sorry Buybrand but if you aint got what i want then i will have to go elsewhere and while i am else where other things get bought.
Hi Neil, please dont see it as a bad critism of Buybrandtools. its just an obsevation that there are some (or was) essentials missing for the tiler.
I do think that you should have spares advertised on the site for the Fein multimaster. I am aware that i could contact you and ask and then you maybe able to get what i need......alternatively i could just log on another website and order them. That would be quicker for me and you lose my custom.
Yes the site has some additions and i do like the new ChalkHog chalk line. May put an order in for one when it becomes available.
The site is a little quirky to use too, putting a search for Grout, grouting gave no results. Only until i searched "float" did i get to see the grout floats.
Also while looking at the Rubimix it gives no indication of voltage the only link is to the Rubi site. Should i have placed an order for one how would you know what voltage i required?
As stated before i have purchased from yourself and have no issues at all over price or delivery etc, and would always mention your company to anyone wanting tools that i knew you sold.
