Its a plasplugs, where do you think that fits in

Are you using the stock blade that comes with the plasplugs? Its an ok blade, and should cope with most tiles, but I got me a better one, that handles anything really easily.

edit: another thing to check is if the blade is seated right on the spindle? Or, has the blade overheated and warped slightly maybe?
