wet cutter v grinder

Don't use grinders when the wet cutters are so good and safe, seen to many injuries caused by a grinder jumping back. The maufacturers spend a fortune on wet cutter design and safety so why take risks.

yep, had a kickback off a grinder myself once, lucky really, not to lose my thumb, couldn't play darts for years!
I use both Bri,but prefer to use my wet cutter:smilewinkgrin:

like to get the grinder out for footery we bits but don't see it being a long term solution to cuts!

it is a scottish phrase guys, generally interpreted as fiddly. Should be pronouced in the same way as "fluter" but with out the "L" if you see what I mean!

i meant a long term solution to cutting tiles in general as brian was saying he has came across tilers using it for all there cuts!
