wet floor boards

hi,

Im going to lay new ply a d the ply i lifted was water damaged, the floor boards are not as bad can these be dryed out?

Ideally no, they should be replaced.
At the end of the day it will be down to you to say if they are suitable or to badly damaged. Its hard to say without seeing them.
Is this on a job or on your home?

Those floorboards will shrink like hell when they dry, I wouldn't fix anything to 'em dude.
