Hi all doing a wet room at the moment what adhesive are you using on Dural Durabase CI+ Membrane ? thanks

I use a few from aqua defence to Dural wp, depends on budget.

Nope, as long as you have taped all the joints with wp tape.

Deffo a flexible. And mould resistant grout.
S1 for the floor and wall but c2 would suffice on the walls and cg2 anti mould grout. matching Silicon as well.

would you put self leveler on top of ufh on this mat ? or tile straight on top of heat mat ? what size and type of trowel would you use for travertine on this floor tile size 400 x 400mm 10 -12mm thick ? many thanks again

SLC on the floor needs tanking. Confused in that he says he has Dural mat on the floor. But is now asking whether to SLC the UFH? Is the Dural already down, under the UFH? Or is the plan to SLC the floor / UFK and then put Dural down?I agree with you, always SLC UFH, but then always tank SLC afterwards...
