Was it 2 layers of 9 mm ? then as Dave says it could be a defelction issue

Ok.

The grout was probs to wet. Or over wet when washed.
I'm sure your tiler will sort it, just get it raked out and regrouted.

I can't see it deflecting with 38mm of ply and 10mm insulation. As long as they are securely fixed.

The hairline cracks where minimum, considering the whole area. They where on top of the wet board everything ok at moment fingers crossed it was just shrinkage

This could be movement in the tray, but hard to say without actually seeing it at face value.

But get him to regrout and see how it goes.

Hi I have had the tiler back to regrout where the hairline cracks where. He thinks it could of been to wet when washing and with some shrinkage. The wet tray was secured to 18 mm marine ply with only cut out for gully. Around the wet tray was 18 mm marine ply with 10 mm therm board to achieve correct height level with wet board, followed by tanking then underfloor heating. We have just turned the heating on after 2 weeks set at room temp and increasing by 1 deg everyday. It is now 3 days since regrouting hairline crack area . We have now used the shower and everything seems ok so far. Thanks for all your help
