Wetroom Floor using Kaskade needs adjustment? How?

Now that is not pretty to look at i would say your plumber come tiler has goofed again ,looks like the grout was used to wet or washed of to wet it needs to come out and be re done ,Might be worth a thought to get a pro tiler in to have a look as what i can see in the pics is not up to standards
