Wetroom tray with few cuts

Hi, my mum would love a wetroom, but finding it difficult to fugure out some of the practicalities.

In houzz etc. we see wetrooms with few tile cuts which look glorious. Somehow the tiles must be angled to allow the water to drain away. But I'm unsure of how to find these trays online?

Should I be looking for trays with a long linear drain at the end? Are these much more expensive?

Would be great to get a few names of shower trays or links?

The shower area is 800 x 15000. We'd like to use tiles 400 x 800

Cheers

Hi and welcome to the forum.

Search ‘shower tray formers’ they will give you a base to tile with the falls already in the tray. Follow the lines and you will have the correct falls.
Linear have less cuts as you say, price is dependant on size and manufacture, just like anything else.

It's the first floor of a Victoria house so will be on wooden joists.

Any tips that stem from the potential for movement??

It needs to be fitted 100% and made 100% water proof for it to be a success which is perfectly possible if the right care is taken and reputable products are used. The tray style and fall / cut options are a bit dependant on the room size and layout..
