long long time ago there was a group of students from Charterhouse Public School that got together and made some really good progressive tunes....then they sacked Peter Gabriel and went mainstream and eerrrr pants to put it mildly, but their early stuff was superb..

brilliant song Mike I don't listen to Cure nearly as much as I should do, but I still reckon they're in my top 3 of live bands I've seen. When i was off to see Siouxsie and Banshees once I wa speed off that John McGeoch was in re-hab and Robert Smith was lead guitar, tell you what, he was absolutely superb, putting his own little twists and solos into well established Banshees favourites, I can still see Siouxsie giving him a "WTF?" eye, he just grinned and carried on, Budgie and Severin kept the beat going and SS, caught up eventually

two dates in UK next year Mike, probs London and Manchester,,,got £200 stashed away for tickets, hopefully get to both gigs, it'd be bloody awesome if Numan supported again

I tell you what though Mike, Reznor was not a happy bunny playing second fiddle to Numan was he lol, all other NIN band members were loving it, great twist on an old classic song though
