What do you think is the best Radio

out there at the moment ? i have the Dewalt but now fancy a makita Dab ?:8:What do you think then?

I have the Bosch, good radio but it's a big old thing! I've for a couple of mates who have the makita and they are decent radios, I think it needs to be plugged into the mains though and doesn't have a battery option, I may be wrong though.

No mate the makita takes the battery's but don't charge them 16 hours off a fully charged lion, love my makita radio

Got the Makita DAB. It is the dogs do da's of radios.

Would be so much better if it could charge the batteries as well......but hey ho.

Got the Makita (not the DAB) & the sound out of it is great.

Goes with the rest of my kit..

Agree with the Makita. I have the white non DAB Makita and I love it. Purchased a cheap auxiliary lead off eBay and listen to my iPhone mp3 tunes on it too.

Ive been wanting to get the dab makita radio for a while,but whenever ive had a spare £130,theres allways been something else to spend it on. ill probably put it on my xmas list,itll be here before you know it :lol:

I've got the DAB makita, good radio, sounds good, but Dewalt have just released there DAB and it looks the dogs. I bought a Dewalt a while back thinking it was DAB but it was just digital, it sounded better than my current Makita but i returned it and swapped for my Makita because it wasn't DAB. I am now contemplating getting the Dewalt DAB version because i know it will sound great.
