Hi Andy, welcome to the forums. Can you tell us the type of porcelain , polished porce is the only one that requires sealing.Adhesive needs to be flexi or have porcelbond for it to stick,and grout needs GT1 additive added for it to stick to the sides when grouting. Grout wise i suggest this stuff.....Gaz

thanks very much for your quick response they are polished black tiles does w=this make any diffrence ive only got a 6mm x 6mm trowel will i need a 20mmx 10mm trowel to applie adeshive ive got adhesive for my tiles so that ok
10mm is required for this big tile, you must use an impregnator sealer suitable for polished porcelain..I rate the Fila one but see what is available in your local merchant....Gaz:yes:

mapei ultra colour plus could be used but only do a small area at a time as it dries fast also wear rubber gloves .as it will stain your hands also throw away sponge afterwards and mask off skirting boards
Spot on advis Guy mate....you have to shed skin to remove black grout if gloves not worn.....lol
