What is this type of tile called?

Seems to be springing up in all types of guises now!

proving popular these designs tbh.

Heres one we are doing well with provenza, which is a 44.2x44.2 cm porcelain tile.

They're called Encaustic tiles @Dan
But I don't believe that's the name for that type of multi patterned tile but more how they are created/produced.
Originally the were small slabs if cement, to which the patterns were created using various coloured clays. Then kilned.
These days it's all printed on. Originals are definitely better, I haven't found a modern day replica that doesn't look exactly that.

For a hallway or porch u think I'd still opt for a victorian/geo floor. I think the use of Encaustic tiles will go out of fashion as quickly as it came in personally
