Am currently preparing my own bathroom for tiling at the beginning of August when I've got time off. I very optimistically bought a wee box of patching plaster from Wickes before taking the old tiles off but I'm on my third 25Kg bag of one coat plaster. I've never done plastering before and everything is nice and even and sticking well (also using pva).

It is my first time on this forum. I am very glad to meet so many freinds. I am a new comer from China. We are a producer of ceramic (porcelain)tiles. Our producation equipments from Italy, so our quality is up to European standard. But our tiles is very Cheap. For example, soluble salt polished tile is only $4/sqm FOB price. Now, I look forward to the kindly cooperation from Europe.

No Jobs as such, I work for a chimney re-lining company. Bathroom is still ongoing, new wet cutter is much better. Got one wall up with border this Sunday, just trying to do bits as and when i have time. Would someone mind telling me how to attatch a picture i have on the PC, tried clicking on the insert image icon but that just asks for a URL. I'l drop in a pic of the progress as soon as i figure it out!

Hi Dan,

Working this week on finishing an entrance to an Indian restaraunt, gripped ceramic floor tiles in a tricky space, with a previous bad job underneath, half concrete/floorboards. Got it sorted though, will get the grouting done today and the rest of the kitchen.

Kitchen/Dining area floor job starting tomorrow.

Thanks,

Alan Whitecross
