Putting your work in straight ,level,plumb and square with even sized joints set with good coverage and sensible set out and zero lip page , grouting the work cleanly with full joints then polishing the job and finishing with good Silicon work get the above part right and keep your work area tidy and do it at adequate economical pace then you will be a good tiler

not going to colleage, spent the past week working with a lad who has almost finished his level 2 tiling... hes got nothing on me so glad I chose the route I did.

And one thing i have thought of thats not been mentioned , a good head for business , as you have to have the skils to do a top class job but you also need to get the best rates and payed on time......
