i was tiling a bathroom on an insurance job once, the client comes upstairs and says while your here can you tile the front door step!!

one of my last customers was really miffed when I told her that I wouldn't be able to remove the old bathroom tiles, reboard the walls and set and grout the new tiling all in one day!!
