what to do about sealing walls and floor

Acrylic primer for the walls and nothing normally for the ply floor.. just depends if it is dusty or whether the adhesive says to prime.

That is the quickest method... use 12.5m boards..

thanks for the help guys ,am i correct in thinkng you gotta use diffrent plaster board for bathrooms, green backed stuff or something like that, i dont think thats the technical name though:smilewinkgrin:

Depending how many are using the shower, green is moisture resistant board but is not water proof.

Could replace with hardie backer if it's within the shower area

yep, the water resistant stuff was what i was thinking of, i would like to thank you for your advice ,iv a feeling i may be posting again soon i may post some pics for you just for a laugh if i can bring myself to being a figure of ridicule man its real bad .
