What would you do ??

Basically a new sunroom extension to tile,as well as a dining room and a kitchen floor, the kitchen floor and dining room floor both meet up with the new extension floor. The kitchen and dining room floor are T&G floor boards and the extension will be chipboard( maybe not on advice given), so what to you reckon, ply, no more ply ditra etc

As long as floor is free of deflection then No More Ply, and SPF.
