A full bathroom suite and separate shower cubicle - plumbing yourself - no re-routing of pipes etc, pretty straight forward
20m2 on walls - all around 1200mm high
12m2 on floor

Customer supplying all materials

Any info much appreciated
i already have the job but would like to know the average price from you experienced guys if possible

Cheers

I do full refurbs, I charge £250 if it is a straight swap, and for the size of this I would go with Fekin and charge about £640. So all in all it would be £890.

If you are not sure about soldering then use push-fit or speedfit fittings for the plumbing. You can get them cheap from your local plumbing merchants and it saves time.

best of luck, send some pics on the completed job

Well i've booked in to do a plumbing course

The customer was messed around so i offered to do it if she waited for me to do the course - she agreed to it!

Just gotta try and sort liability now!

a plumber i was talking to yesterday said he charges £1800 for bathrooms normal size 16m walls 3m floor that includes everything but the tiles ( ceramic) and suite
where abouts you doing the tiling course mate?
for insurance its cheaper to get insured as a builder than a plumber as they assume a builder will not be using heat as much as a plumber

I'm doing a short plumbing course at builders training northeast - its a basic plumbing course that covers bathroom suites, showers, washers etc.
for plumbing insurance, i've got it without the use of heat so its not that much
if i was to have a plumbing job where heat is needed, or electrics - i'd just get in a qualified guy if i could find a decent one
