Chicken masala, home made. I made up some curries and chillies and froze them before I came up here, just in case I get snowed in. The couple that own the place are putting me up, but are away for the weekend in London so I'm fixing my own dinners till Monday. I also have to feed the cats.
I save about two and a half to three hours traveling each day, not to mention the petrol!
