What's in your lunch box!!

What do you guys take for lunch during the day? My wife think i have a fish fetish...:lol: I like to try and be on the tools by 7.30am, then i stop at 10 for a cuppa and a tin of sardines in tomato sauce and a couple of tomatoes. Then i stop at 1pm and have a bowl of tuna, sweetcorn, cucumber mixed with a bit of mayo and more tea. And at 3 maybe have a banana...and more tea....yeah yeah i know you guys work so hard you probably don't stop..:lol:

You should try it...very quick to prepare and makes a nice change from sandwiches.

sweet FA...my apprentice grassed me to my wife that I sling my sandwiches away most days! (I'm at the end of the list after our 3 kids...hence I usually get 'crust' sarnies with the remnants of the fridge!)..this week I be mostly eating bugger all

If you stop for breaks...not long ones you will find you work better during the day..

Fish for me too Enduro, except sandwiched between pieces of potato, battered and deep fried, luveeerrly. Only had a small portion of chips with it though, watching my figure lol
