If you stop for breaks...not long ones you will find you work better during the day..

*** breaks, thats it, my days are regularly 12 hours long, a lot can be done in 12 hours!!!

Usually crisps (hulas or french fries), sandwich (cheese salad, or tuna mayo salad, or beef and mustard with lettuce) fruit and a small choccy bar, then indigestion for the afternoon, when I rush back to the tools to get on :lol: and loadsa tea all day:drool5:

tbh sandy, I usually eat healthily, my lunch box is usually crammed with fruit and the occasional mars bar

If I'm honest I'm not good eating healthily during the day. Usually lunch comes from a shop although I've weaned myself off the square sausage to tuna and onion.
