Depends on what & where your tiling.I like slow set for walls if I dont have to grout the same day. Rapid for floors if I think some muppet might walk over it when I leave site.
Slow set for conservertory floors in the summer. When we have one !

I use Keraquick (rapid set) on floors and Adesilex P9 (slow set) on walls. Most tiles I fix these days are large format porcelain and these adhesives are good to work with. The P9 has a pot life of just about all day and its on offer at CTD at the moment. I'd use it on a floor if it was a complicated layout or on a large commercial sized floor if I could be sure no one would walk on it.
