Where 2 train?

Hi,
To cut it short i want to begin my own 1 man van business within tiling, but dont know anything about training courses close to me. (South Cheshire - North Wales). Which ones are good or bad etc.
Any tips for starting out, Certain Tools of the day etc,the best make tools and better vans for gear
Would appreciate any help or advice
