i've just booked a week in salou with the wife and kids. where are you going on holiday? don't say when, just where as you never know who's watching on here!

Loved Salou as a kid, woud definitely recommend that place to any age as we used to go with quite a few heads, mostly being 30 - 50 or so, all used to love it.

UK for a summer holiday this year for us, though did go skiing in Jan with the lads.

were going to woolacombe in devon, we booked it in november last year to go during the kids summer hols and saved over £350 by booking early.

i love devon and cornwall, we go there every year, and woolacombe bay is grate for surfing and body boarding, the kids (and there dad) love it!

jolly fix

dont know yet,we never book in advance, always go for last min deals...workmate always books months ahead and says he has something to look forward to etc.we dont, because iv'e think that i may not be able to go,or the country may have probs etc.many years ago booked to go to Canada broke my leg 2wks before going, only got some of the money back.now we just go for last min deals.saved loads of money, and booked some fab hotels, but you cant be to fussy about where you go.went to Cuba got a 3 room place overlooking the sea, booked 2 wks before going, people sat next to us on the plane booked months in advance got a one room overlooking other rooms at the hotel and paid 575.00 more than us.drove across the states on last holliday, would love to go back, such a huge place,so unlike i thought,

Beniiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiidorm init!

Gonna go and meet some people i met there 11 years ago when i went travelling. We said every year we would meet up and have only done it once and that was ten years ago! Its camping though and not sure i wanna do it with the small kids in a tent so may have to buy a caravan instead

Other wise France for most of the other school holidays that come between now and the end of the year.

Some really nice places already mentioned, Calpe is lovely, salou is nice if only the rest of england wasnt there  and barcelona feels like a second home when i go, as long as i dont bump into the ex :yikes::yikes:

Have just booked Sharm El Sheikh for the end of the month. It's an all inclusive for a week with it's own pontoon and reef as I like my snorkelling. If we can we might take a trip to Petra in Jordan as have wanted to see it for some time.
rather you than me, snorkelling in sharm el shriek, watch out for the great whites!!
