Where's tea bag?

Try electrical firms that do rewiring for the local council. When they move sockets around, sometimes the splash backs want patching up. I've done this in past when work has been slow. Not great work but it keeps the £ coming in.

Tea bag, don't forget Working tax credits, and by putting out flyers etc, you will be working 30+ hours

all the best

Just do what a lot do ash if you don't make it 😉

In all seriousness ash ,we ALL have to go through this,it's hard work.
I was the same as Phil when I went self employed in 94/5, child, mortgage van ect ect to pay for, some hard times were had(plus the wife was SE as well)but you have to get out the habit of the benefit system which a lot will not do ,but ,bite the bullet,be skint for a year, struggle, work hard, make enough just to live, and everything falls into place.
I'm 43 now,had some hard times, the wife even worse this last few years, wanting to jack it in ,but she stuck to it and it's turning around.
My mortgage is paid off in 7 years,I'm building up a house a year to rent out( 3 now in 3 years) want a few more then me and my girls are sorted.
Work hard and it pays off, when times are hard, stick your chest out, lift your chin and bat it out
