Which floor adhesive ?

Hi guys ,i am new here and am looking for some advise.
I am going to be fitting quartz over ufh.
150 w mats.
on top of insulation boards.
do i need to use self levelling compound on ?
also i read i need a 2 part adhesive ,please can you elaborate what this is ?
will i also have to seal the before i grout ?

Are these Resin type tiles ?

yes i think they are with mirror bits in are they not?

There are different types of these and if there were Resin then they would probably not be suitable over UFH, I wouldnt fit them anyway.
