I'd try an Android one but wouldn't have a windows powered one after having the last one. Rubbish.

Not quite a 4, but I did that with my 3GS too. Camera quality is HD on the 4, unlike the 3.

I have a clear "bumper" (case) on mine and it's fine. Take it out the case and it'll only loose signal in weak areas. It drops a bar in stronger areas which is fine with me.

I use a clear bumper case on mine too. I've also covered it with an invisible shield to prevent it from scratching.

I took the screen covers off as they kept getting scratched! With not being a tiler myself I find the saphire glass (scratch resistant) front and back good enough. I got sick of changing the screen protectors each month. They're right fiddly.

I use the one that comes with lifetime "no scratch guarantee". Not cheap but seems to do what it says on the tin. I'll report back in a few months with an update, but I see no reason to have to replace it yet.

Decide to get the htc Desire hd, picked it up on sunday but havent used it yet as i have to wait 21 days before its covered on the insurance ,dont know why this is ?

My iphone4 is still amazing me ! Unreal piece of kit and I never had such a good gadget. I looked at all and decided on it and glad I did.
I never had an iPhone or iPod etc before so culture shock from a nokia, lol

Pleased to hear that... that is my next phone..

Keep an open mind Dave as I did, brilliant phone though.
I read all the reviews and picked the best. Buy a good mobile phone mag over Christmas and read up.

Im due for an upgrade..Phoned o2 to upgrade to a iphone 4, they want an extra £5 per month ontop of my £35 contract plus a one off payment of £90....Cheeky buggers the amount of years i have been with them i want it free.

A quick update regards the screen protector.....It's been on for a month now and is doing the job brilliantly. I don't have any issues with screen sensitivity or visibility. There are no marks or scratches anywhere on the device and when I get adhesive, grout and general muck on the handset it just polishes off . The cover is as good as the first day it was applied and shows no signs of needing replacement.

Incidentally, todays' customer develops apps for iPad and iPhones and was amazed that I keep my phone in my work trousers pocket and answer it with wet, mucky hands. :yikes:.

I need a new phone, mine just keeps switching itself off and I'm missing calls from potential customers. Has anyone got one of those JCB phones, I quite like the idea of one of those.
