Yeah! I thought you might have thought I was being a smart arse! It's not really a spelling mistake, it's a typo which has made the word wrongly spelt

Site looks pretty good,
For what it's worth, personally I'd say the txt beneath the kitchen and the text beneath the bathroom sections on your home page should be swapped with each other!
I also found that for me I found all the different links a bit frustrating cos they all went to the same place but kinda gave the impression they were different parts of the site.
That make sense?
Striking tho! And def a good start if it's brand new mate.
And I reckon Luke may be after more than just your tiling services! 🙄😛
