Saw a 4m2 bathroom floor today. Clients live in a secured housing, controlled gates etc, opposite Hampton Palace. The husband met me at the secure doors and took me direct in the lift to their lounge!
The porcelain tiles are well expensive, £40m2. I went in at £250 all in, well, their faces, like I'd just robbed them, new merc on their parking bay, off on holiday to Goa tomorrow, you konw the type. Ended up quoting £190, they were so happy, then asked if I did it foe cash could they have another £20 off the bill............:mad2:
