Since there's been a few threads on about what people charge and how some think we're undercharging, I thought I'd see what the pricing crew would give as a rough guess for an estimate.
Floors 1.
Down stairs toilet, has toilet and sink.
Bitchumen flooring, fairly level, has small alcove recessed where sink is "width of sink"
3 sqm
Customer does not want any sanitary ware removing so floor has to be cut around.
Bathroom 1
5.5 sqm, T&G floorboards under the carpet.
To be plyed out \ backerboarded, then tiled, same again must cut around everything, fairly straight forward square room, fit tile to carpet trim - re-hang door "might need cutting down to fit".
Bathroom 2
3.7 sqm , T&G floorboards under the carpet.
To be plyed out \ backerboarded, then tiled, same again must cut around everything, fairly straight forward square room, fit tile to carpet trim - re-hang door "might need cutting down to fit".
Bathroom 3
3,3 sqm, T&G floorboards under the carpet.
To be plyed out \ backerboarded, then tiled, same again must cut around everything, fairly straight forward square room, fit tile to carpet trim - re-hang door "might need cutting down to fit".
Tiles probably to be something like a 400 x 300 size "ceramic" stone effect.
All rooms have a shower unit so no tiling under baths and recutting panels etc.
So in all it's only just over 15sqm, but over 4 floors, lots of cutting around, so go on, what would you be looking at labour, you can do materials too if you want
