Customer decided to go with Ultimate, cheaper and more than suitable for the job. Customer told Topps. Topps said fine, your free delivery is now £60. Customers said ok we'll have your adhesive.

I have a customer next week who has chosen a tile from Topps, against my advice and was told £200 for delivery, 1 pallet. He went online and got free delivery
So basically they hold customers to ransom over the price of tiles and delivery to make sure they buy there adhesive at a rip off price..
