Unlevel / out of plumb walls

if you have an unlevel but flat wall are you building out with adhesive (if possible) or do you just follow the wall?

if you have an unlevel but flat wall are you building out with adhesive (if possible) or do you just follow the wall?

If it’s only a few mm then adjust depth to suit but if it’s way out of plumb then just follow. Unless you have the option to overboard ( dryline).
