Aqua Mix impregnator

It seems to me that the only Aqua Mix impregnator is the Penetrating sealer, the other sealers are not described the same and seem to be topical. Is this correct?

Also, the Lithofin impregnating product Stain Stop is several times more expensive than Aqua mix penetrating sealer and I am presuming that the reason is it lasts longer and is better.

I am actually after an impregnator for travertine, so if anyone can advise, cheers

I would say lithofin is several times more expensive.....it's around £22 a ltr..


But i now use LTP sealers and mattstone is about £14...

Dave, do you know how long does LTP mattstone lasts and why have you made this your choice over the cheaper aqua mix penetrating sealer?

Aqua Mix do many penetrating sealers some are reasonable others are premium sealers. On trav I would consider Sealers Choice Gold or Ultra Solv

Impregnators are penetrating sealers...

I don't know an aqua mix sealer cheaper than £14 a ltr...???

Aqua Mix Penetrating Sealer is ££8.61 including VAT for a litre and if you buy it in the bigger US Gall Bottles it only works out at £6.98 a litre inc VAT

I found better descriptions of the products and it seems that the only product that doesn't penetrate is the Aqua mix Seal and Finish Low Sheen. Think the products need clearer titles.

Aqua mix penetrating sealer is about £9-10/litre. (Posted this before I saw a Terrys post above)
