Not really any great surprise to me. I used to use Topps for everything now I use them if I'm desperate, or need to pop in for something on short notice. Far too expensive and not even bothered about competing for trade business.

The people in the Grantham branch are actually quite good and know what they're on about, my problem is, how do they think they can charge 3 times the amount CTD do for something like a chrome trim???? Madness I tells ya, utter madness!!!

I get on well with my local topps and they usually price match CTD.
Not surprising they are down a little, they changed systems recently and couldn't IST anything for a month.

They're expensive for most things though and trade discount is poor to say the least.

i must say topps in milton keynes is really good they bend over backwards to help you and even pay your wages if they make a mistake where you can't work.

I agree with prceramics (as well as supporting the mighty Spurs) Topps in MK are really good. Have dealt with Buckingham also and they were just as good.
