hi, after seeing his first attempt i would have no confidence in him managinf to do the job correctly 2nd time round i would ask himi to re buy you tiles,remove all the timber hes installed and re imburse you for materials also and then ask him to leave ,then go and find yourself a good tiler...

pretty much my thoughts, how did the builder think he had been given the go ahead to do a job in your property with an agreed price and agreed tiles shower etc and also how did he gain access?

ucp i use the colours too rookery but always been using bal for white...the sf dried a really good white colour and the price is fantastic also gonna change

still plenty people who tile to chipboard , after seeing so many failed jobs on chipboard some of which will take time to fail i wouldnt advise tiling onto it definately go the cement sheet route aquapanel for me

it was super dry mark,,small brush removed the dirt and was readable i couldnt beleive the date lol

funny you posted this mark,i stripped an old lathe ceiling this week and found a ripped front page of edinburgh evenign news 1883 couldnt beleive it it was readable as well
