    black bitumen

    Hello everyone. Just start reaping the floor and realized that in small loo under linoleum I have vinyl tiles fixed with black bitumen. It is no problem to remove this tiles. What can i fix my tiles with to this bitumen? I tried remove some with scraper. Any advice welcome.
