    tiling on black bitumen

    Hi I appreciate this has been asked before but I've removed vinyl tiles and as much of the black adhesive below and I'm wondering what I need to do now. Should I prime it with a normal primer or something like bal bond sBR? Do I brush them on neat or add water to them? Any advice appreciated
