    Day rate was created for jobs like this!

    Trying to get this horrible old carpet up from around a pool. So far I've done 2 metres in 2 hours :-( Such a boring job and it's stuck like poo to a blanket! Who makes a tile-carpet adhesive?!

    Not the best day.

    Tile a small floor adjoining original tiles. Measured a few weeks ago and they needed a few more tiles. Tiles 8 year old now) were in a farm building across a farm yard covered in mud and cow poo, and it's blowing a Gail and chucking it down. They never got extras, so they wanted the off cuts...

    A lucky day

    Had two bits of luck today, won a Mapei goodie bag on twitter and had a call from CTD Nottingham who told me I won the formula 1 competition they had on at last weeks trade day! A nice prize of a Norton TR201. I better get a lotto ticket for tomorrow :thumbsup:
