plaster - how long to dry?

It says in BS that plaster walls should be allowed 4 weeks to dry out before tiling. But this is an a section where they are talking about layers of backing plaster followed by finish coat and this time then seems to make sense. Should it still be 4 weeks if it is only a skim coat over plaster...

Dry Diamond Holesaws - Vacuum Brazed M14 fitting.

We've introduced a new range of Vacuum Brazed Dry Diamond Holesaws with M14 fitment to attach directly to angle grinders. Very similar to the Rubi dry core range or the Marcrist PG750X-M14 range. We don't see these as a replacement for electroplated holesaws, rather a product that runs along...

Does grout always dry the same colour as the dry powder ?

Does grout always dry the same colour as the dry powder ? I mean providing its mixed correctly and not over-washed etc. In my limited experience this seems to usually be the case, if which case looking at the powder in the packet is better than a colour chart on the internet for accuracy. Simon.
