It's my first post here so a big Hi to all of you!

I've recently been asked to quote on a job where a customer has tiles that have lifted from the conservatory floor. After asking a few questions regarding said dodgy installation I discovered that the tiles had been laid no more than a week after the conservatory base had been cast. Subsequently...
As i am also remodeling my old house and when i came to my walls i thought Why should I tear down perfectly good plaster walls to put up dry wall?
Dry Wall seems to suck! it doesn't breathe, and you can accidentally kick it in with a gentle nudge. I feel like older houses made with plaster...
I have a customer that has a white marble worktop. It is riddled with glass marks, vase marks, marks from seeping lemons and fat from the fryer. Someone has tried to clean it in the past and the shiny surface is very dull and rough in parts. I was thinking about buying a stone polisher and pads...
My cleint has asked that we clean a new installed quarry tile floor. The surface appears white, cloudy and in some places as if someone stepped in residual cement and walked all over.
We have used a floor stripping machine with different grades ofpads, a floor scrubber.
General cleaners, acid...

Hello,
Hopefully someone can help! As is so often the case I guess; I'm looking after the problem has arisen as opposed to checking first :mad2:, we've laid tiles onto a ply floor previously without an issue but this time the adhesive won't set. We used a wickes flexible ceramic tile/quarry...

Hi all, I'm a carpenter/joiner by trade but find myself doing a lot of kitchen and bathroom fits at the moment and do a fair bit of tiling with this.
I'm after a dry cutter that will handle ceramics and porcelain tiles, I don't really need a huge cutter just a good all rounder that will kitchen...

Im after some advice on concrete floors and drying times. I have a wet room to tile in Travertine with electric UFH and the customer only wants the finished floor to be the same height as the floor leading into the wetroom. This has caused some problems as the floor is concrete in a...
