Hi guys,
sorry for long post, just after a bit of advice regarding my first proper complaint from a kitchen splashback i done a couple of weeks ago, and am at present both gutted and pretty annoyed.
Customer called me as they had removed all old tiles from wall and made a mess of the wall...
I've been working with a property developer & an architect which I thought was going well. I did the shower area as usual & thought I was doing a good job of it.
There is some very slight lapping on the tiles but nothing I'd ever consider as a bad job. As it stands I'm not working with these...

Hi

The previous tiles were an absolute nightmare to remove (not sure what they were but couldn't separate them from the plywood and...
Hi, I'm going to have a stab at tiling my floor, do I need a primer/bonding product to tile onto this type of substrate? Any advice would be appreciated.
This is my first job and unsure where to put the batten?
Do i put it above the skirting board if so how high and then there will be a gap above the shower tray.

Hi all, as in the title I'm having a go at tiling my first floor 30m. I'm using 600x300 porcelain unglazed tiles. It hasn't gone too well so far. I used ever build self-leveller and latex, showed it the way around with a trowel and left it to do it's thing. It didn't do it's thing, it's by far...
Hi,
I'm a first time DIY tiler and have almost finished tiling my bathroom walls with 600 X 300 floor to ceiling, but I've hit a snagging point... I've got a floor to ceiling external corner which isn't straight by quite a long way. I want to use straight edge trim, but am really not confident...

Afternoon all,
I’m a fairly experienced DIYer just about to embark on a wet room for the first time and am a little bewildered by the array of products for creating a waterproof room.
My plan so far is to fit a Wedi floor-level shower element (Fundo Ligno BuyWedi - http://tinyurl.com/jnfs3d2)...
