I am in the middle of house remodelling and I am wanting to install wet underfloor heating across a 128 square meter area but I have been told by my neighbour that it is really expensive to run and to look in to it.
He told me that it cost him £500 in heating oil in one month to run his...
Ayup chaps, I posted a while back about Victorian floor tiles for the hall way at my house, well, financially it's gonna work out very costly, so we're looking at other options, it's an old Victorian house, we're decorating the walls black, and the mrs wants a feature floor, the only ones I seem...
Ok so I'm just gonna put this out there..
Been in contact with a flooring company, this place is based in Sheffield and offer training courses to fit a quartz stone chipping and epoxy flooring, it really is nice gear, I've worked with it before and its a dam site easier than tiling I promise you...

Apartment block in Leeds.
50mm screed over dpm/insulation
During the rip out today one of the tiles brought a full depth chunk with it and it's very damp.
Been untouched since built 8 years ago.
Any thoughts are appreciated thanks
Recently watched a video of Dean and Phil at a Nu-Life Stone Restoration Training course and thought that we don't really have much on the forum about it. So thought I'd start the ball rolling.
Let us know the courses and training centres available for Stone Restoration Courses. :)
Cheeeeeers.
