600x600mm porcelain with star galaxy inlay.
The work consisted of removing an original stone floor (only 6 years old - by others) which was very nice but suffered from screed settlement.
The floor was then levelled and a decoupling mat laid.
Finally the easy part - re tiling - especially around...
Just been to see a combination floor (concrete/floorboards) and am in a bit of a quandary. The floorboards side has a distinct hump, supposedly treated woodworm and bit of movement. The concrete side is flattish but cannot be raised up as all the external and internal doors and skirts have been...
I’m about to embark on a mission to tile the upstairs bathroom and en-suite floor in a new extension. I’m not a tiler but I am a builder’s son and would be ashamed if I didn’t at least have a go on smaller of the two rooms before employing a tiler!
The problem I have is a combination of...
Hi All
Just thought I'd see what the tilers forum members think about Tiling onto 22mm moisture resistant t&g chip board flooring as more and more jobs that I go to price these days seem to be prepared by the chippy using chipboard instead of ply.
I've been using an adhesive from tilemaster...

Also a couple of pics...
