While I'm waiting for tradesmen to see to my bathroom, I'm going to finish this job. Please excuse any totally stupid questions.

We have had a single story extension done to our house which has left a 40M2 kitchen area which we have tiled. The problem is that the tiles and grout have cracked in line with the wooden joists which are under the floor.
In terms of the build my understanding is the following:

When you enter a job in JOTM it only allowed 1 picture!
I couldn’t find how to add any more or indeed add any further information ( such as preparation ).
Have I missed some thing as now all I see is 5 entries, 5 pictures - that’s it!

Hi
I managed to chip a tile :(
What is best bet to solve this problem?
Should I try to take the tile up and replace it?
Failing that, could it be filled?
Has been a frustrating introduction to tiling.
Any advice appreciated.
Cheers
