hello all.got to start a 4m2 splashback in 100mm2 ceramics for a friend tomorrow and had a few questions.i havn`t seen the room yet but there is 1 window,3 double sockets,and the rest is just worktop to top unit.first off,he`s supplying all materials and has bought metal trim.i havn`t seen it...

Can someone tell me if the LASH clips sold on Tradetiler are just the same as the Tuscan levelling system? am i right in thinking that if you use these to pull up a tile level with an adjacent one then a void is left underneath the tile? or am i reading too much into it? anyone used them? please...

We've been using TLS all week on a floor and walls, and I'm pleased to report that after I have pulled multiple tiles to check for coverage (after I had tightened the straps), the coverage was excellent and I didn't detect any indication that the ratcheting action of the gun had pulled the tile...

I always struggle to level tiles and noticed the Tuscan system reviews , now I know for tradesmen that are tiling all the time it may not be worth the additional cost but for me it might be worthwhile.

I am interested to know if it is has a serious use and is it worth the money as it seems to be very expensive.

hi all, i will soon be tiling my mates kitchen, well splashback in between worktop and wall units. will i get away with using tubbed addy for this job? the walls have been skimmed and the tiles are the little 4x4 inch buggers!

Which sealer would you recommend for White Portuguese Semi-Polished Grained Limestone tiles for a kitchen spalshback?
In the kitchen I am also having a Florentina Silk Polished Marble tiled floor. I would imagine I should seal the floor as well.

tiling a kitchen splash-back soon but where the extractor is there is shinny hardboard the rest is plaster , i wouldn't normally tile on hardboard but the extractor has already been installed, so can't really take it off and put up plaster board ,so was wondering if i would get away with priming...

Hey up.
Basicall a friend wants me to do their kitchen splashback with mosaics. They have bought them already. They are 12 by 12 but they want me to cut them in half. They have 2 sheets so that will be 4 peices to stick on the wall in one long row.
Just some advice and tips as to how to...
just redone the kitchen there and am about to tile the splashback. it was plastered about a year and a half ago and just emulsioned so i got the good ole DA out and sanded the emulsion off back to the plaster.
my question is do i need to prime the plaster before tiling onto it or can i just...
Went to a customer today to lay 25mt conservertry floor 60 * 45 porcelain from b and q the guy in the store told him you need to use these pegs to get everything flat ( no lipping) he paid about £40 for them what a joke I assured him everything would be fine......topps are going to sell them...
Heres a few pics of a kitchen job, as you can see the walls were in a bit of a mess due to customer trying to remove existing tiles, i replaced all the plasterboard and tiled with a nice little porcelain tiles!
