We have just finished tiling our bathroom floor, only to find that the grout on one row of the tiles has cracked and the tiles have lifted. Does anyone know any reasons for this happening? Obviously we are going to have to re do row but want to prevent it from occuring again.:confused:

How easy/difficult is it to lift two porcelain tiles which have scratches on them?:( The floor is now finished but the two tiles in question with the scratches on them is right in the middle of the floor.
