Hi,
I've just had my WC tiled in hexagon mosaic tiles. I've had the floor and half the back wall covered, per the photos (sink unit due to go on along with pan).
I'm not overly convinced the tiler has done the best job in the world, particularly around the basin area just below the bottom left...
Thanks in advance...
Want to tile kitchen floor but looking for advice/opinions.
Floor is timber throughout- in the original part of the kitchen (to the left in pics) is floorboards, and in the newer extended part of the kitchen(seen on the right) is chipboard. 3mm ply has been laid over it...
If you had a large empty bathroom with walk in shower & your customer asked you to choose for them, what tiles would you go for walls & floor? Opinions please :-)
Been a while since I've been on but looking at this job and I'm looking for others opinions on how they would manage the transition from wood to concrete. The new ply floor is sound.
Hi All.
Just returned from a weekend away in Somereset , whilst there a friend asked if I could pop in and have a look at the Tiling she was having done as she wasn't sure it was up to scratch.
She is a "mature" recently widowed lady that has used a reputable large DIY/ Building supplies Co... (...
Hi all,
In the process of getting our bathrooms done, and have received 26m2 of trav and upon unpacking it wasn't sure if it's up to the "premium" standard and "little to no filler" that was advertised, it's certainly not up to the level of the sample (are they ever!)
Any stone experts willing...

Thanks to some thieving little sod and a lack of police interest I have to replace my missing van in the very near future. I've had a transit T350 mwb for the last 6 years and it worked for me - bought it new so no real problems or costs, just day to day running costs, plenty of...
Hello,
Never attempted a mosaic before, so thought I'd seek some advice. Only having used mosaic in the regular tile format (same as tiles, but patterned) around the house, I fancy a go at a "proper" mosaic stripe and column in the bathroom. I've really gone in at the deep end with my first...

Hi all,
Sorry if this is a bit of an essay, but I’d be interested to hear anyone’s opinion.
I recently finished a job tiling a shower room in a studio apartment using Calcatta Verde Marble 20mm thick.
I spent the best part of a morning with the client laying out all the slabs on the floor...
