How long do you think it will take to dry out this screed? Been down 90 days, 50mm thick so should have been dry at 60 days! Plastering has been going on so can't have helped? This is what the tramex read a few days ago. Got dehumidifier in and getting customer to get the pipe temp up to 50...
Just taken some quarry tiles up in a utility room the she's I've has come up as well leaving a bitumen coated sand and cement screed. Is there any way that this can be left and leveled over.
I think the answer is no and there will be much scraping.
Are any of you able to tell me what a M54 screed is? I've been asked to price for installing a 90mm M54 screed into cold rooms then tile them. I've never heard of one before, @Ajax123 would you know?

My tiler has taken up old tiles in our conservatory but some of the screed has come up from the UFH and needs levelleling before tiling. He's working on the rest of the house and has not come to a conclusion on the levelling. Picture below.

Anyone used this primer on a hemi hydrate liquid screed floor , says on the technical site only needs diluted 1 to 3 , and that one coat is sufficient!! Any primers I've used on these screeds before are all 2 coats rolled in opposite directions to each other ?
