Hi Guys,
I'm new to the forum so guess first thing to do is say hi, I'm Robbo from Kent.
Recently tiled my own bathroom & kitchen as well as my mum’s a little while back. Had fun doing it, eager to do more & am bored of the 9-5 office job I've been doing for the last 11 years!

I've just come across them and want to see if they are any good. Mr GRR has been renamed Two Punctures Pete today as he managed to blow both inner tubes approximately 8 miles from home :yikes:
guess who had to walk home :mad2:

I am going to do some tiling jobs for friends and family soon. This will be before I register myself as self employed. When self employed you keep all receipts of business expenses, tools etc. What about tools etc I buy before becoming SE?
Hi Guys,
I'm the not very proud owner of a 10 yr old timber frame building in Bath. Which is plagued by design and build issues and I have had to virtually re-build it, look at "Homes from Hell" next spring.
Anyway, I have an on-suite and a bathroom on the 1st floor which both leak like a...
Its tax time for me, i normally use a accountant, but i'm thinking about doing it my self, online. I was wondering how easy it is to do, and could anyone advise me on how to go about things. Or would i be better off using my accountant. Any help with this will be greatly appreciated.
Just thought I would provide a thread giving start to finish guidance for installing Hardie Backerboard. On this job I also needed to end up with a perfectly level floor as the customer and I decided on showing a full wall tile up from the floor. The wayrock flooring has wet underfloor heating...
