    Hi For cement boards in the shower area I use the cement board jointing tape. For moisture plasterboards in the rest of the bathroom area, do you use the same plasterboard fibreglass jointing tape that you would use in bedrooms etc. The moisture plasterboards are being tiled after. Thanks

    Aquapanel tape - is it any different to normal plasterboard tape?

    Have just got some branded Aquapanel tape for the joins and it looks very similar to the normal plasterboard join tape I've got lying around. Is it the same, or is it important to use the Aquapanel stuff? Thanks.

    Mapei tanking tape question

    I have purchased a Mapei shower waterproofing kit and noticed that the tape doesn't have sticky tape on the reverse side. Is it just held in place with the Mapegum? Thanks in advance of your replies. Dan Z

    Should I have used Corner Tape when siliconing this project? Not sure if I have used

    Not sure if I have used enough Silicon on this job. Or if I should have splashed out on Cornertape. I am just worried there doesnt appear to be enough Silicon to hold the joint I suppose using so little means its not noticable that there is a Silicon bead :lol:

    anyone got any ideas how to remove masking tape residue from an acrylic bath, some one told me WD40 but dont know how true that is, also anyone recommend any other tape other than masking tape, anyone used frog tape ?
